Article 1 (Copyright and license)

The copyright belongs to ZENRIN CO., LTD., ZENRIN DataCom CO., LTD. and the third parties granted. Only the user's computer will be granted the right to use the data. The data can be printed to a paper medium only in the private use range specified in the Copyright Act(nonprofit, personal or domestic other similarly limited range). In addition, it is not to say the user has any other rights to use the data.

Article 2 (Prohibitions)

The user can't do the following acts.

(1) Use even a part of data for copy(include printing), posting, extraction, processing, modification, adaptation, transmission or other using.(No matter what way, unless you are explicitly permitted in the preceding article)

(4)Remove the copyright such as "© (year of publication) ZENRIN CO., LTD." on the map listed in the preceding item.

Transtron Inc. makes no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this web site and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this web site.

Article 4 (Stop of this site, etc.)

1.We can stop all or a part of this service temporarily in case we regularly maintain, check the server system(the "system") to provide this service.

2.According the following conditions, the whole or part of this site maybe suspend temporarily without prior notice.

(1)When a maintenance or a check of this system is carried out urgently.

(2)When the operation of this site became impossible due to accidents such as fires or lights-out, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, wars, riots or labor disputes.
